Thermographic Testing

Thermal imaging is the most cost effective and valuable method of preventive maintenance. Potential faults will be highlighted before they become serious and therefore avoiding system breakdowns.

Thermal imaging technology allows accurate temperature measurements to be taken and therefore give an indication of its state. These images, not visible to the human eye, are defective images known as a 'hot spot'. A main advantage of Thermographic Surveying is no disruption is caused to you and the workplace. No systems need to be disabled.

On completion a full colour report is provided showing thermal images highlighting any areas of concern. From this report the seriousness of the fault can be determined and corrective action can be taken avoiding a costly breakdown.
